Now I'm kind of missing Hong Kong. And I officially have nothing else to blog about HK so this is the last, UNLESS I manage to dig out more rubbish photos from somewhere.

School's back this week and I'm very looking forward to it because I have new clothes to wear. By the second week I'd be bored of school and I simply cannot wait for school to be out again. June holidays I am already looking forward to you!!!! Can't wait. Xx

I am about 0.01mm closer to getting my hands on my camera. I simply cannot imagine how long it's going to take me to save for this.

HK Island

Spent one of our very free days around on HK island (Central, Admiralty, Causeway Bay, Wanchai) hoping to do some vintage shopping, sightseeing and roaming about in Times Square. Unfortunately the vintage shops had nothing nice or were a little too pricey for poor souls like us, and we were kind of hoping to walk to Times Square but ended up all the way at god knows where.

Then we found the trams so we decided to take the 'ding-ding che' as what Mona's brothers call them. Anyway the tram rides are really CHEAP. It's about SGD0.30 per ride. It's crazy. I miss having concession.

We went to Admiralty for some pretentious high 'crass' shopping although we just ended up in Zara and spent almost all of our money and time there anyway. Then we went to Wan Chai hoping to go to this restaurant I heard from someone only to be closed/gone because it was a Easter monday (why don't SG have easter mondays) so we ended up going to take the ferry from Wan Chai to Tsim Sha Tsui. Cheapass ferry ride as well. View was a beauty, but we were tired as hell so we just hurried with desserts before going back for Indo Mie dinner. Because desserts are a priority ;)

P/S: if you are following me on Instagram, please don't hate me. I just like eating. And I like sharing. So I share photos of food. At the end of the day I get scolded by people because it's always filled with food. IS THAT MY FAULT!!!!!!! I think they'd hate me more when I get my hands on my new camera because then there'll be even more HD photos hee hee.

I am a bitch.

But really though, follow me on Instagram :)

Ngong Ping 360

Because of the crappy rainy weather (but the temperature is wonderful), we cancelled plans to go to Ocean Park (and also because we were already spending away all our money on unnecessary shopping so we decided to go ALL the way to Tung Chung (it's seriously far, people) for the cable car ride and also a little factory outlet shopping (where I got some sneaky Ralph Lauren love)

Usual tourists would take the cable car up to Ngong Ping village for some tourist sightseeings and visiting the Big Buddha but we just spend SGD35 to take the Crystal Cabin...then took it back, which in all took less than an hour.

We have too much money to spend on.

The ride there was crowded so we had to share cabins with other people and we had to behave like proper civilians so no funky photos and talking rubbish in the cabin. But the ride back was a little.....different. Proofs:

Draw me like one of your french gurlz.

I am now missing HK a little bit. And also not looking forward to school reopening.
I'm also now an employed person who is kind of jobless.

Central

If you've been to Hong Kong and have taken their MTR, you'd know that Central isn't very central as much as it's the CBD area. As we stayed at Taipo, in order to get to HK Island it took about 3 different trains changes and it was so painful because it's always so crowded.

We did some roaming about Central after a visit to The Peak and honestly, the office towers there are amazing. Singapore's so boring and normal.

We took the tram the other day out of boredom and it only costed us SGD0.30 for the nearly 45 minutes ride. Hong Kong, oh Hong Kong, you are so dearly wonderful.
